Shipping

How are orders shipped and how much does it cost?

We ship Priority Mail with USPS and charge a flat rate of $9.50.

Orders ship from Germantown, Ohio within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order has shipped.

Do you offer International shipping?

We currently offer domestic US shipping only.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change the address on your order, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll do whatever we can to help. Please send your order number and the desired shipping address to homefolkmarket@gmail.com. Unfortunately we’re unable to make any changes to an order once it has shipped.

We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

My item was lost or arrived damaged. Now what?

If your item arrived damaged, a replacement request must be received within 2 days of delivery. Please email homefolkmarket@gmail.com with photo evidence of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable). Once we have received this information we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Homefolk Market is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.

If your package was lost or stolen, you are responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once we hand off the package to USPS, we have no control and Homefolk Market is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Refunds/Exchanges

Do you offer returns?

We know online shopping can be a little tricky and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. If you have any issues with your purchase please send an email to homefolkmarket@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN” and we will work hard to resolve the problem.

Due to the nature of our downloadable items, no refund or cancellation will be issued.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please send an email within 7 days to homefolkmarket@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN”. Be sure to include your order number, email address used when purchasing, and reason for the return. You will be emailed a shipping label to use on your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued once we have received and accepted the item back.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Yes, we do offer exchanges. Email homefolkmarket@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the subject “EXCHANGE” and include order number, email address used when purchasing, and which items you’d like to exchange. Exchanges will be subject to availability and additional shipping fees.

Restocks + Custom Orders

If something is sold out will you restock it?

We are a very small shop and most of what you see is either vintage or handmade but the majority of what we offer will be restocked unless otherwise stated. Follow along on social media and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about our next restock.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, on a very limited basis. Our items are handmade and carefully crafted so turnaround time and availability will vary. If you hare interested in a custom order please send an email to homefolkmarket@gmail.com.
